Word is (from televisionwithoutpity) it’s Angie Hart of Splendid, formerly of Frente! (you may recall their cover of New Order’s “Bizzare Love Triangle”) At the band’s website, it’s reported that Hart and Joss Whedon wrote the song together, specifically for “Conversations With Dead People.”
