I didn’t see any gloves. Bobby’s bare hands caught my eye when he dropped the gun; it seemed very sloppy.
I’m thinking…so Bobby’s prints aren’t in any system? And even if they aren’t, any booking in the future will connect him to this murder weapon.

He definitely put on gloves before the hit. As for the gun, the fact that he dropped it leads me to believe it’s completely untraceable so I don’t think he’s worried about it being attached to him. The shirt piece, I didn’t see any blood or anything.
The only way I see this coming back would be if he didn’t lose the hollow-point bullets like Janice told him, so that’s a hollow-point in the dryer. I don’t know if bullets can be traced that accurately, but if they can tie that bullet to Tony’s gun in the RICO case, that would be interesting irony if it’s the nail in Tony’s coffin.

He’s got gloves on. Kinda baggy latex gloves, but I noticed the white of the glove right as he turns to head out the door. So no big deal on dropping the gun.

Fair enough. I meant to rewind it to check, but forgot.
Wait- I didn’t think Chrissy was with Juliana Margulies, I thought he married that minor character brunette chick after she told him she was preggers, they bought a house, and at the end of the last ep last season he brought her over to Tony’s house for dinner w/the family. I thought the Juliana thing was a mid-season story and it played out. I don’t think he’s mad at Chrissy, he just had his little scene as sort of comic relief and to fulfill a contract obligation.

See this for the Soprano’s Episode Summary. It’s in the 4th paragraph from the bottom.
It might not necessarily be why Tony’s mad at Chrissie, but remember the episode where he whipped the councilman with his belt for screwing the young Russian girl, after he said he didn’t care?
It’d be just like Tony to harbor a resentment anyway.

I saw a clip of Tony banging the psychiatrist on her desk. Has that already happened or would it have been a preview for the new “season”?
[/QUOTE]
Maybe that’s Tony’s fantasy, or a dream sequence. Might be Melfi’s fantasy, even.

Yeah, but the councilman was a douche that Tony didn’t respect. Christopher is family. I don’t think that Tony is mad at Chris beyond the typical annoyances of Chris being such a dumb ass.
My husband has a wild theory on how the whole thing should end:
How about Melfi shoots him?! Wouldn’t that sort of bring it full-circle, from his mother’s unsuccessful attempts to kill him? Instead the woman who re-created him (to the extent that therapy is a “new beginning”) could be the one who decides he wasn’t worth saving after all

Yeah, I wrote this suggestion, along with others, in a maybe/maybe-not post about why Tony was mad.
The information in the spoiler though was about something McNew wasn’t sure had actually happened. I was just pointing out to him that it did.
Anybody know whether it goes against protocol to leave information from past episodes or seasons unspoiler-ed?

The clip has him saying “I thought you find me repulsive”. Of course that could be a voiceover from some other session. Pesky editors!

I think he had a fantasy about doing Melfi the season before this. Remember he really perused her for a while when Tony & Carm split up. He sent her a basket of Tide (Signed “Your prince of Tide…”).
I seem to recall a dream sequence around then where he was having it on with her.
The one I saw the clip of was part of a re-run on A&E last night. It was when Tony had food poisoning (bad mussels/Indian food but Pussy didn’t get sick) and had a “fever dream” about her. He then baldfacedly told her about it in his next session.
