Spa/Clinic Cellulite Treatments

I’m starting to see a lot of spas offering laser cellulite treatments - for example, my local spa offers something called “VELASMOOTH” which they claim is “a gentle treatment using bi-polar radio frequency and light energies plus suction and massage to precisely target and safely heat problem fat chambers withing the skin resulting in a smoother appearance of the skin’s surface. Reduce the appearance of cellulite on: buttocks, thighs, hips, abdomen, upper arms, love handles and saddlebags.” These services are not cheap, costing over $100 per session (and it appears as though several sessions are needed to see results).

Has anyone ever had one of these “high tech” cellulite treatments done at a spa or health clinic before? Did you see any actual results? If so, how many sessions did you have to go to before you saw those results? Was it worth it? I’m a slim person (about 5’4, 105 lbs.) but I have quite a bit of cellulite on my butt and thighs for someone my size - likely the result of a crappy lifestyle/eating habits and unfortunate genetics - so I’d be willing to spend the money on these treatments if there was any evidence that it would make a difference, and not just a bunch of technical sounding crap that does nothing but make me poorer. Any and all stories are welcome!
