Spanish Phrases Needed Soon

Recently I got a job as a cashier at a grocery store. I live in Texas, but I don’t speak any Spanish. However, I’d wager to say half the population does. Furthermore, there is a significant minority that doesn’t speak any English. Yesterday alone I got two customers who didn’t speak any English, and it was quite frustrating for both parts (and awkward). Thus, I wish to learn the following phrases and their simplified pronounciation.

All phrases must be addressed formally:

-Do you have a Kroger Plus Card?

-Would you like to get a Kroger Plus Card?

-What is this? (referring to food)

-Thank you and have a nice day.

Thanks in advance.

A better Spanish speaker than myself will be along in a minute to provide better, more thorough, and more eloquent phrases. But for now…

“Do you have a Kroger Plus card?”: "¿Tiene Usted una tarjeta de Kroger Plus?"

[sub]NOTE: If they respond by saying “¿Que es eso?” you’re screwed, because they’re asking “What’s that?”[/sub]

“Would you like a Kroger Plus card?”: "¿Desea Usted una tarjeta de Kroger Plus?"

“What is this?”: "¿Que es esto?"

“Thank you and have a nice day.”: "Gracias, y buenos días."
