I’ve read a couple places about an upcoming episode of Veronica Mars that introduces a new character (I’m praying this character sticks around!!). I’m not sure when this episode is going to air, but, the person playing this character is
Alyson Hannigan!!! AIIIEEEE! She will be playing Logan’s (presumably older) sister
I wanted to wait until I read about it in a couple more confirmed places. I apologise if this was discussed in a previous VM thread, but I’ve been out of town, but I’m too flippin’ excited to be able to hold back posting!!

And as long as I’m here, what is this Veronica Mars show? I’ve seen a few threads cropping up about it here and there, sometimes in reference to Alias. Is it a spy/action show?
Not a spy show per se. Veronica’s Dad is a private dectective, and VM helps out / does her own investigation. Her dad WAS the sherriff, but he got replaced when he arrested Mr Kane (think Bill Gates) for the murder of Lilly Kane. (the daughter was the best friend of VM) Someone later confessed to the murder, but there is evidence that he didn’t do it. VM also went out with Duncan Kane.
VM used to be in the “in” crowd beacsue she was the daughter of the sheriff and dating the school hunk. She is now mostly an outcast.
I wouldn’t call it similar to Alias. VM is definitely smart, funny, sassy and gets lots of great lines.
When/what channel is the show on? Also, it sounds like it’s a show targeted for teen girls. As a 24 year old male, would I be able to tell other people I watch it?
I’m a 38 Y.O. guy and I watch it. I would say it’s a fun show, but since the main character was drugged and raped that’s not quite the right way to describe it.
