There is baseball on my TV again, so it is time for a Spring Training Thread.
The Mets have two things that been missing for a long time, a competitive team and one that looks like it will be a lot of fun The only thing cooler than having an ace pitcher with the nickname Thor is having an ace pitcher who really likes that his nickname is Thor.
The NL as a whole has less parity than it has a while. Each division has two or three teams who will fight for the pennant while the rest are rebuilding. Meanwhile the AL looks wide open. I’m not sure there is any team that I feel confident predicting they either do or do not make the playoffs in the junior circuit.
