I’ve already told folk in our LJs and at NADS , but I wanted to tell the Dopers too.*
Washte had her final ante-natal appointment yesterday morning, prior to a planned c-section next wednesday (the 18th).
They kinda decided to bring that c-section forward a bit.
The baby girl formerly known as Spudette arrived yesterday at 5:52 pm (UK time), weighing in at 7lbs 12oz.
Mother and child are both doing fine.

P.S. to Kal: It’s the daddy’s job to do the attention-whoring crossposting. It’s the only reason I let MrValley leave the hospital on the day after LittleMissValley was born.
