astorian… thanks for another Bushmill’s pick. I thought that would be a consensus pick, but you and I are the only ones. Technically, Bushmill’s is in Northern Ireland, but it’s the oldest distillery in the world and it was 100% Irish back then. I notice that Bushmill’s does little advertising, while Jameson’s does quite a bit, but I’ll always remember the story that when they found Jim Morrison dead in the tub, he had a bottle of Bushmill’s in his hand.
