Or should I say actress. Voyager’s Jennifer Lien was arrested for flashing children. And she was waiting for the deputies with her front door wide open. Also she was naked, and ended up being forcibly dressed by the deputies. I had no idea she had legal (& obviously mental and/or drug) problems. Or anything else about her other than disappearing off everyone’s radar like most Trek performers.

I actually had to go find a picture of her from the show, because I couldn’t figure out who it was from her mugshots. She looks like she’s had a chin implant.
I don’t have kids myself, so I’m curious - parents, would you immediately call the police if some woman flashed your kids? Seems like a bit of an overreaction to me.
I’m not at all surprised. Being associated with ST: Voyager would be enough to drive any sane person around the bend.

I thought her drug issues were why she left the show.

She probably was upset that Seven of Nine got all the attention.
Kes? The one that aged real fast and had a lifespan of nine years? Yeah, Lein left after three seasons. creative differences.

In this case yes, she seems disturbed and needs help. I wouldn’t have much worry over the “trauma” done to my kid. I’ve never censored his TV (except porn of course). So seeing a naked boob or butt wouldn’t phase him much.
I’m sorry to hear this. I hadn’t really heard anything about her since she left Voyager; like a lot of actors, a few years on a TV show turned out to be the height of her career. Even before this, when I thought about her at all I usually felt pretty sorry for her. She was quite attractive, but was seemingly dumped from the show in favor of the more overtly sexy Jeri Ryan. I can recall reading an interview where she said that she had never been very happy on the set. She was much younger than everyone else in the cast, evidently, and was never able to form very close friendships with any of the other actors.
A very sad situation; I hope that she gets the help she needs.
It could be something simple like meds for bipolar. Carrie Fisher had an episode on a cruise ship a year or so ago. Acting really out of it. They hospitalized her, adjusted the meds and she was back giving interviews a couple weeks later. Spent the past few months filming for Star Wars.
So it might not be a big deal with Lein. Sure hope it’s just her meds. I don’t know if she is bipolar but this kind of bizarre behavior seems pretty typical for the disease.

3 kids all under 13. And the woman was obviously either really drugged up or really disturbed. Calling the police was really the only decent thing to do. Now they will force her to get help.

I know people pick on Voyager, but I liked it and her - and no I wouldn’t have recognized her either.
Once you’re constructing a timeline of mug shots, I think you can safely say there’s a chronic problem. 
Oh yes, the criminal justice system is well equipped to provide mental health services. That’s really their forte. She’ll be right as rain in no time.

If Seven of Nine had flashed me I would be happy! 
However being flashed by Kes is nothing to be proud or happy about. I can’t see any kind of enjoyment coming from that in anyway.
