I gather you can’t turn over a rock without finding a Cali class bopping around doing third or fourth-tier Starfleet work. Probably one of the reasons their captains aren’t invited to that big party from the doopler episode. There are just too many of them.
But also it’s a Star Trek season finale, and that means an epic deus ex machina moment.
That really should be renamed to ‘deus ex Mariner’

When I realized Letterkenny’s Mrs. McMurray was Captain Pike’s girlfriend I just about dropped my tea.
Love that the voice actors are also playing the IRL characters.
That was planned right from the start. They made the character art closely resemble the actors specifically to allow a live-action crossover.
Lower Decks have some bangin uniforms
I can see that. I take it they never had any intention of using Ransom in live action, then.
Migleemo’s voice actor only looks a little like the character.

Preview said September start for season 4.
I think I’m looking forward to it now, though it took a season and a half before I found it enjoyable.
But then that’s par for the course with how long it took other shows to settle in. I hope it doesn’t mean we get two decent seasons of SNW and then a third that’s a flop…
Season 4 is here and the first episode is balls to the wall hilarious. The second one doesn’t reach that level, but is solid enough.
