I’m positively erect over Galaxies…

Do you need to play the game before the end of the year? If so, go with “Shadowbane,” since “Galaxies” isn’t going to be released anytime soon.

On the other hand, I don’t care for Verant, I now hate LucasArts, and any love I had for the Star Wars series has been beaten out of me. But I’m still somewhat looking forward to “Galaxies.” So that’s got to say something, either about the potential of the game or my stupidity.

I’m interested in SWG also. I played EverQuest and got bored fast, but I’m hoping SWG will have more interesting things to do other than getting killed.

Any beta testers out there that can tell us if the game is good?

I beta tested Shadowbane but didn’t last very long. The game is like Diablo but with many more people. There is no first person point of view. If you like Diablo give it a shot, otherwise there are other MMORPG’s out there that are better.
