Great episode. I was sure at the end of the last episode that Rush would turn the ship around and find some way to save them at the last second. Guess not.
That was pretty good! I wanted to know why they don’t just gate all over the galaxy. I also wanted to know what happens when the time comes to jump between galaxies. Looks like we’ll find out.
Any guesses how Eli, Scott and Suddenly-Useful-for-Something are going to get back to Destiny?
One of the best episodes yet. Good mix of character moments (TJ, Col. Young, Lt. James) with action. Loved the bit with the “rancor.”
The Greer flashback segments felt a little odd and incongruous. Didn’t like the stylistic choices there (shaky-cam turned up to 11) and the fro looked pretty goofy.
I liked that there wasn’t a last-minute miracle solution, though i’m sure Eli, Chloe, and Scott will find their way back to Destiny sooner or later. I mean, there’s no way that three of the most developed characters in the show are going to be written out.
Anyone have any ideas on what Rush and Brody (I think) discovered that they weren’t going to tell Young? I think it was something to do with the DNA stuff they were working on to break the code, but not sure.
