Oh, neat. One of the things you can do if you add people to your friends list is to go to “explore” (a tab at the top of the page) and click on “friends popular,” “friends unpopular,” and “friends reading.”

Do you mean that every time I make a change or add something over there, my group of friends gets emailed? If that’s so, you guys are probably got a grunt-load of mail from me. Sorry.
Everyone should go to their accounts pages and set their preferences for what they want to receive and what they want to send out. You do have some choices.
I think it’s just a daily email with all of the changes your friends have made. I’ve only gotten one “updates” email so far.
I don’t think it lets you send more than one. I accidentally tried to add a couple of people twice and it told me I’d already sent a friend request. I also maxed out my friends requests for the day trying to add everyone from the SDMB group, so it may take a while to add everyone.
Okay, I have joined your goo dreads site. I do not know what a goo dread is, but it doesn’t sound very clean. Anyway, I can’t wait to find out.
I wish there was a quick and easy way to match my books against everyone so I could find my closest bookworm pals.

Yeah, the current method isn’t difficult, but it could be better.
You did find the “compare” button, didn’t you? It took me awhile. I was pulling up individual lists and comparing that way.
I’m surprised to find other Dopers admitting that they enjoyed Valley of the Dolls.
