You could get crabs from unwashed underwear which, strictly speaking, isn’t an STD but it is an ST-something.

I think you can get crabs in a variety of non-sexual ways. Even from a beach towel.
But how the heck does one buy a pair of underwear that someone with any kind of ailment had already worn? I believe even Kmart won’t take a return on underwear. Just the idea of buying used underwear at a rummage sale makes me want to laugh and cringe at the same time!
