Stoid's gonna be in New York for a couple days in November

And I havent’ been there since 1980…I’m very excited and I don’t have a clue what I’m going to do.

I won’t have time to do very much. I’m being flown in to do a TV show on a Thursday (time unknown) and while they wanted to fly me out Friday after the show, I said I wasn’t interested unless I could stay a couple of extra days. Maybe leave on Sunday? (Which flights are less likely to be packed to the rafters? i know, none, but if… Sunday or Monday?)

Anyway, ** Pump Action Gerbil ** is coming with, of course. He’s never been there ever!

So, over 2 days, what would you most recommend? Times square, obviously. Central Park…and which side of the park is the ultra chi-chi side?

I want to show PAG the stuff that he’ll recognize from TV and movies. I want to show him…is it the West Side? The part of town that was so adoringly shown in “You’ve Got Mail”.

Where should we eat?

Any of my favorite New York dopers available to have a drink, maybe?

Anyway, help us plan!

Please.

You should go to Cafe Lalo - it’s where they filmed You’ve Got Mail!

PS - Take the Monday flight. Central Park is simply amazing on Sunday afternoons !

Make sure you see The Rockefeller Christmas tree! And definitely check out Times Square - maybe see a play matinee on Saturday afternoon.

You should see the New York Dopers, silly!

Well, I put it out there!

The only one I know about is Biggirl. Who else?

Wait, wait, wait! You’re coming into NY and:

A) You missed the march
B) You missed the NY DOPEFEST!!!
C) You’re missing the THURSDAY DINNERS!!

You punk! Now we have to go and have dinner or drinks on the Weekend! Biggirl, call your office…
