Ok. I’m grasping at straws here and hoping the teeming millions can help me figure out this movie.
I caught about 1/3 of it on a Saturday afternoon sometime around 2002-03. The only scenes that I clearly remember are of a boy using a policeman’s ticket-book to cover a room with little yellow citations and of two people stabbing one another simultaneously.
The movie seemed to have a really darkly comedic vibe if that helps at all.
Also, the movie would have been from a somewhat modern era, late 1960s or newer.
Just a suggestion.
I speculated that it might be post-it notes, not a policeman’s book. A quick search turned up New Guy
It has a cubicle covered with yellow stickers, a darkly comic vibe, and a weapon that might be used for stabbing.
Sounds more like Needful Things.
Not a little boy, but Amanda Plummer. Plus she ends up stabbing Valri Bromfield while Valri stabs here.
Satchmo, you are a hero. I have been wondering about this movie since I saw it. That has got to be the one.
