They only want to give a credit. They changed the refund terms after I bought the tickets which I don’t think is legal. they owe me $300.
I contacted the NC AG, hopefully I get the money back.
I had a fight with an event company about the same kind of thing, although not Stubhub. Turned it all over to my credit card company, got the $ back. They had added the no refunds horseshit to their website also.
I’m not shocked, Stub Hub has always been bad about refunds.
NC AG wrote to Stubhub so maybe that will work
AG letter worked they are giving me a refund.

I assume anyone who gets an AG to write a letter will get a refund. But maybe they will refund anyone who asks.
