[ninja’ed by yeah Elmer J. himself]
I loved SaintCads.
Here ya’ go.
I think this guy is a pretty iconic image. Have at it!
I love this one.
I also saw it at the museum in Amsterdam.
Mine is basically one of my own photos from a location that I am sure someone can guess.
Boo!!
Uh .. is it Frodo from something?
Well, it’s an eyeball wearing a tux, I have no idea where it’s from either, though.
Yes! That’s who I meant. Thank you.
Iowa, indiana, what’s the difference?
No idea beyond knowing it’s an umbrella set in front of…a building? I can’t really tell…and are those sheep running around it?
I can’t really tell, when I make it bigger it gets kind of blurry…it appears to be an animal of some sort, possibly a salamander that is twisted up? I assume it’s a logo of something? If so, I have no idea of what.
Only one of the greatest singers of all time, like Peggy Sue, and Oh Boy… The lead singer of The Crickets, Mr Buddy Holly.
Finally, one that I know. I feel accomplished.
Yours looks like a church or like one of those Viking long houses, I bet you it has to do with vikings. I bet you it has to do with a place somewhere in Norway or Finland. It looks very Norway…ish.
Oh shit, did I forget yours, I even know what it’s from too, it’s a video game called Dragon’s Lair, which I have actually tried playing and found extremely hard. I think the main character is named Dirk or Dick or something like that. It begins with a d, anyway.
I did play something that was inspired by that called Dungeon Escape, which was a flash game that existed online for many years but I think it’s been taken down by now, if you Google Dungeon Escape maybe you’ll find it, I was a master at that one, but I sucked at Dragon’s Lair.

Yes!
It is the Borgund Stave Church in Lærdal.
I loved visiting that place.
So I made it a part of me.
It’s called the Salmon of Knowledge, which goes back to the legends of Fionn MacCumhail. Bit of a deep cut. It has also been adopted as the logo for Daltaí na Gaeilge - students of the Irish Language.

Unlikely to find much of anything flash-based these days. Adobe discontinued support of it a few years ago mainly due to them being sick of trying to patch its security flaws. When Macromedia created Flash way back in the mid-1990s, they didn’t pay much attention to security because it was originally intended as a multimedia presentation application and not the interactive juggernaut it would become. Also, mid-90s internet wasn’t exactly a bastion of security to begin with. Flash was released only a year after Secure Sockets Layer was first released (which was version 2.0 since 1.0 was a failure they abandoned.)
So you have an old legacy app that’s been patched so often there’s probably more code devoted to bug fixes then there was for the released version itself and still a security risk that Adobe just decided to give up on it.
Oh, and since I’m here, have at it with my avatar. Shouldn’t be too difficult.
