If the 100 grand comes from donors via a campaign fund with a good pretext, not out of his own pocket, then no problem. 
Hell, if the woman in question were thinking about a modelling career, maybe she could send him the pictures herself.
I’ll bet most aspiring models don’t receive anywhere near $100K for their first assignment. 
But yes, the politician is a dick. Whatever you think of big-game hunting, the fact is that quite a few wealthy Americans do it (a large percentage of Africa’s big-game kills are shipped back to the United States), and this young woman has only attracted such attention precisely because she is young and is a woman.
We DO have to give him credit for at least not asking for nude pictures of a minor…
Yeah, there are lots of appropriate ways to deal with people who do stuff you disapprove of. Trying to shame/discredit/harass them with naked pictures is not one of them. And, as you say, the only reason he’s trying it is because the person he disagrees with is a young woman.
