She’s running for governor. Unless otherwise specified, it’s reasonable to assume she’s campaigning for governor on her Twitter account, not commenting on House races.
You’re free to assume whatever you want, but this “stupid liberal idea of the day” won’t be so obvious to someone who doesn’t share your assumptions.
Then limit it to her “repeal the DREAM Act” statement. ALthough really, VRA isn’t exactly threatened either. She must have gotten the memo that it’s time for the race baiting that other Democrats are resorting to in the final days.

According to my research, the Texas DREAM Act was signed into law in 2001.
Among other things, they veto attempts to repeal bills. In the case of the Texas DREAM Act, her opponent is on record as promising to not veto any such repeal. I’d love to link to a citation for this, but my phone has limitations which prevent it.
Anyone who is interested however, can simply google the search terms Texas DREAM Act repeal Abbott. There’s a nice little hit dated October 11th of this year.
