Yes its nice that a number of Republicans are likely to lose their seats due to their support of this disasterous bill, but in the process tens of millions of Americans with serious medical conditions are potentially losing their health care. This is not a time for celebration. Democrats need to be the adults in the room and this isn’t helping.

Hey, I’m not for a moment saying that this makes Democrats equally bad. I’d be the first to admit that the Republicans actually passing this dreck of a bill is orders of magnitude worse than what the Democrats did.
I just think its counter productive. The best thing that Democrats can do right now is to look like they are the party that is seriously interested in helping the American people as opposed to the party before country Republicans. By singing this stupid song they made the passage all about politics rather than focusing on the real issue which is how this will hurt the American people. No it isn’t the worst thing, but I thought it was really bad form and for the rare occasion that Democrats do something I think is idiotic, this is the place to post it.
