I’m not going to post links, because it is dumb. But many in the liberal blogosphere were all up-in -arms about Romney cheating during the debate, citing video showing him puling out notes, which were illegal. Except, it was a hankie.

In any case I submit for your approval the case of before you the campaign of Mark Clayton Democratic candidate for Senate from the great state of Tennessee. Whose main qualification seems to be having his name begin with a “C” so that he was at the top of the Democratic primary ballot.

Regarding his campaign:

The Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in Tennessee has no campaign headquarters, a fundraising drive stuck at $278 and one yard sign. Not one type of yard sign. One sign. And with the election just days away, he has not actually put that sign in a yard. Instead, it resides inside candidate Mark Clayton’s pickup. “VOTE FOR,” the sign says. The rest is hidden by the seats.

but this doesn’t bother him because as he says,

Jesus did not have a campaign staff. And he had the most successful campaign in human history, … Jesus didn’t even have pictures or a Web site.

Regarding his political views they are not quite boilerplate Democrat

Yeah, Clayton was the reason I was forced to vote for Green Party candidate for the first time in my life. :mad:

I was deprived of the ability to vote for a Democrat in my senate or House race. Grrr.
