The article doesn’t get everything right-it was a war, not geological change. And there are things my family knows that don’t look like they’re on the site–like what the Human Genome Project is actually for. That prehistory is written into our genes–they’re trying to decode it.
But where on the site is the damned turtle mentioned?
I did a word search and the word “turtle” appears nowhere on the page.

In the end, if it’s a troll it’s a pretty sad, bedraggled little troll urchin.
