Suggestions on the best ways to pester Mazda?

Not sure if this is the right thread… I do think it’s not a serious enough rant for the Pits, but I’ve been relocated before…

I bought a new Mazda Protege 5. I want to track it’s maintenance using Mazda’s online services. But the maintenance schedule for the vehicle is not yet available, though there’s a button for it on the web page. I can’t provide a link because you have to be a registered owner to get to it.

In answer to my inquiry, I received the following response, relevant portions being:
“I have spoken with our Internet Team regarding your inquiry. They have advised that they are currently working on gettingthe maintenance schedules for the Protegé5 added on our website. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to give a timeline for when they
expect it to be done…”
AND
“If for any reason this response has not completely satisfied you, please feel free to reply to this message.”

I’ve considered posting the address to respond to, and invite the members to email Mazda and FIX its website. Would I be violating any community rules to do do? I won’t do that unless a Mod says it’s ok.

In the meantime, any suggestions on apprpriate responses?

Looks like you have done as about as much as you can. Pestering them won’t make them work any faster. You could try contacting the Mazda headquarters and telling them what you think. As for posting their address here, I’m guessing the Mods will delete any address you post if nothing more than to cover their butts legally. SOME people could use it as an excuse just be to be a dickhead.
