Suggestions requested

Since I am soliciting opinions, that makes this a topic for IMHO, although I will concede crossover with Cafe because of the historical tie in.

I am part of a men’s group that usually closes meetings with St. Thomas Aquinas’ Serenity Prayer,

 *God grant me  the  serenity to
       accept the things I cannot change;
 the courage to change the things that
       I can;
 and the wisdom to know the 
       difference*

Nice, good sentiment, but very much a cliche in the circles that I run around in.

Being the smartass that I am, I’d like something similar in meaning and sentiment, but pithily witty and funny. It’ll be fun to shake them up a bit. Can the Dope community help?
