I went to a wedding last weekend, and picked up a nasty summer cold from one of Mr. Neville’s relatives. But, of course, that wasn’t bad enough. My sinuses had to hurt so badly last night that I thought I would throw up from the pain. I was awake for about two hours, took ibuprofen and Sudafed- nothing. I finally got out of bed and slept the rest of the night sitting up in the recliner, which seemed to fix the problem. Thanks, sinuses, for depriving me of most of a night’s sleep and making me stay home from work yet again today :mad:
Oh man, do I sympathize. I’m also in the Bay Area, and my sinus headache just hit the 29 hour mark. After bugging me all yesterday afternoon and evening, it woke me up at 4:00 a.m. this morning. I’ve had no luck with ibuprofen (which I’m not even supposed to take) or Tylenol. I probably should have stayed home today, but instead I came in and bitched at all my coworkers. The most annoying thing is that I got my new eyeglasses yesterday, and even though I’m 99% sure that they are totally unrelated to my headache, I just don’t feel comfortable wearing them until it GOES AWAY! I hope both of us feel better very soon.
Anne Neville, if you didn’t live on the other coast, I’d think you were me. MrValley and I have had awful sinus colds and sore throats ever since a family wedding last weekend. Unfortunately, I’m a stay-at-home mother at the momet, so there’s no such thing as staying home from work. 
The baby won’t notice if both she and I stay in pajamas all day, right? zonk
