BTW, the posters here are clearly the most intelligient, erudite, humorous, introspective, caring, opinionated and provocative collection of people I’ve ever been associated with…there’s been hugs and snipes, tears and laughter, people reaching out and people responding, people bitching and ranting and taunting…and through it all, a generally comforting feeling of family. I’ve read some of the most thought-provoking, well written, and hilarious words here and it is my utmost hope that, in some small way, I can add to and inspire in the same manner.
My hat’s off to the good ones here (and you know who you are!)

Hi, I’m Nocturne, better known as Katya! I reeealllly like music, it’s where I got my name. My other two great loves are writing and acting. Dancing and soccer are up pretty high, too. I’m either extremely quiet and shy or extremely hyper and loud. I get depressed easily. I’m a Christian. I read a lot. I’m about to be a senior in high school. Anything else you need/want to know?

I’m 18, going to college in a little less than a month, lesbian, native to the flat, chicken-laden beaches of Delaware, working three jobs, and wanting to be a writer.

yeah, yeah, yeah. I guess I fit the bill. Someday I won’t be, but at the rate I post, it could take a couple of years. :stuck_out_tongue:
