We’ll be watching So You Think You Can Dance, which is vastly more entertaining that AI, IMHO. I’ll be catching up on seasons 1 and 2 of The Unit. I’ll watch reruns of Supernaturaland Criminal Minds. Other than that, it’ll be Netflix all the way.
American Inventor is coming back on, so I will keep track of it.
Otherwise, it’s Blockbuster and Netflix for me. I want to see Bones, Deadwood, Battlestar Galactica and several others on DVD, as I lack cable and always forget to watch Bones. I keep forgetting to watch Traveler, too. Never even caught the first one.
Last Comic Standing is back. I like the comedy parts but hate the parts about them being cooped up in a mansion and voting each other off. That’s just filler to be skipped over.
There’s 5 or 6 episodes of Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip that are playing starting now. I guess they were filmed before cancellation and are being wasted now. Why couldn’t they have run them when originally scheduled, when all the fans were there? Such a waste. Now most casual viewers won’t watch and the fans might think they are reruns.
I talked to someone at Netflix today, and as of now, they have no contract to offer **Eureka Season One **this summer. However, if you have Netflix and want them to offer it, go to Contact Us/ Title Request to ask for it. She said that requests do make a difference!
Last Comic Standing (June 13th) and The 4400 (June 17th). LCS is the only reality show I watch, and the 4400…call it inertia.
And starting tonight they’re reairing Brothers & Sisters from the pilot, and I’m going to give it a shot. I meant to watch it this season but didn’t and found it hard to follow mid-way through when I finally caught a couple of episodes. I was hoping they’d do the same with this season of CSI but they started at least five eps in when it went to reruns last week. oh well.
Does anyone know if they’ll replay last season of Psych? I missed most of that too.
Something else I’m looking forward to is the third season of Weeds, which starts on July 30, according to IMDB. I’m interested to see what they do with it, especially given the last episode of the second season.
I’ll appreciate the time off from TV, once the last two episodes of The Shield are aired. I may check out It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia when it returns in late summer, but with a day job, a night job, and two grad classes, I’m probably better off even without my few shows from this past season.
eureka will be the only show i’ll try to watch regularly. the closer, too - when i remember it’s on. other than that, no additional tube worshiping for me this summer.
the only shows i make a point to watch regularly during the year are desperate housewives, lost, csi las vegas, ncis and the unit.
deadliest catch is slowly becoming an addiction over time.
