KC simply couldn’t keep flipping a coin and have it come up heads indefinitely; they simply were a fairly mediocre team which was insanely lucky. As soon as they played a truly good team they were bound to lose, and lose big.
I am sure Hurts will win the MVP, but the performance of the Eagles’ front four was equal to that of Dallas’ Doomsday in XII against the Broncos and Craig Morton. [I still think Too Tall Jones should have shared it with his linemates Randy White and Harvey Martin]

Blow what up? Other than Mahomes’ giant contract, where do you see bloat in their 2025 payroll? The rest of their top 5 salaries are some of the best players in the league at their positions, and the rest of the roster were all salary-appropriate players that took a team to 15-2 and the Super Bowl.
