I’m going with the streaking Packers vs the Pats in a rematch of the 1996 SB. Pats will be too tough to beat at home, and I think the Packers are buying into the team of destony idea…

I agree that New England will be there, but I’m gonna hafta say they’ll be playing the Rams. The Pats will take it in a close one.

Now if this was a thread about who you WANT to win, its SEAHAWKS all the way !

btw , if Seattle beats the Packers and heads to Philly, I’ll be the guy shown on ESPN that got his ass beat by an Eagles mob for wearing a Hawks jersey to the game heh heh heh

Several hours of boredom resulting in a lopsided victory that few will care about except for the office pool winners. I won three quarters of the game three years ago and didn’t even know who was playing.

All the more reason to be rooting for the Rams to make back to the Big Game this year–err next year Chefguy. The Rams two most recent Super Bowl appearances are considered to be among the best SBs games ever played.

I don’t know about the BEST, but the two Rams SBs were the closest in history. Or two of the closest, at least.

          I say NE over Philly.  If I had my choice of who I want to win, I'd say Indy over Green Bay.

Doube post, sorry, but…

       Indy over Carolina would be OK too, especially if they beat NE on the way to the AFC championship.  That way they would avenge all the losses they had earlier in the season (Denver, Carolina and NE.  They lost to Jax, too, but beat them earlier in the year.)  Then they could say they beat every team they played this year.

My preseason pick was Patriots over Bucs, but since that’s not going to happen, I’ll have to say Patriots over Rams.

I’ll go with the Pats. Too tough at home, bye-week, best AFC team. Tennessee is probably the second best AFC team, but they have to hit the road in every game.

NFC is tougher because they all have glaring weaknesses, but I think the eagles are the best, by a nose of the NFC and they’re at home.

But, Dallas can play with them. The RAMS can play with them, but maybe not at philly. It won’t be easy, but let’s go with…

Pats over the Eagles.
