Survivor 10/10

So, who do you think will be getting the boot tonight ?

If the Sucky tribe go to Tribal council I think that either Stephanie or Robb wil be voted out. I’m leaning a little more towards Stephanie, at least Robb is helpful in the challenges.

If it’s the Chewing Gum tribe, I’m pretty sure that Ghania will go. It could also be Ted, but they might keep him around for the same reasons that Robb would stay.

At this point I am convinced that Brian is going to win the whole thing.

Hi dragongirl! Another week passed already huh?

Ghandia would have gone for sure, prior to her little scheme- we will see how suckered Helen and Jane are. Ghandia is trying for a gender play. We will see how it works.

However, Stephanie is gone if the other Tribe loses. Robb is clueless but is quite handly in the physical challenges and works hard (if not smart) around the camp. Stephanie is part of the former lazy duo, a drawback around camp and in the challenges. See should go before Robb.

Depends if they tank another challenge on purpose or another weak immunity challenge is offered up-- Survivor Shuffleboard! Survivor Guess a Number between One and One Thousand. Robb: “One!”

If Chewing Gum loses, Ghandia will be ghone.

If Soup Guy loses, Stephanie will leave tribal council the same way she’s played the game: clueless and alone.

I predict Jan or Knobb.

Knobb is a reasonable choice, but what makes you think anyone but Ted or Ghandia is is going to get whacked on Chewing Gum?

BTW, don’t forget the possibility of a switch. Fourth episode is where they’ve done it in the past. They’ve only shown one challenge in the previews, which might be because they switch after the IC. If a switch does occur, all bets are off.

I’m not entirely sure that Jan fell for Ghandia’s performance last week. Of course, for all we actually saw of her last week, she may have been laying flowers at Ghandia’s feet and composing hymns to womanhood and solidarity.

Even if Chuay Ghan go to TC this week, and even if it splits along gender lines, that’s still 3 to 3. Not having seen previous Survivors, I don’t know how tie votes are handled. I’ve heard things about a “previous votes” rule, and by that standard, Ghandia is out (John voted for her the first TC). I also heard that they’d changed that rule and I don’t know what they replaced it with.

I just want to see Robb be stupid some more. Come on, 8PM!

Ghandia is going home. The amazing thing is that Jan should have been the obvious choice each week based on age and what appears to be a lack of around the camp effort yet someone else always steps up to become a more obvious pick. I think the longer she stays, the more dangerous she becomes.

Especially if she can reach the merge. At that point, people will look to vote out strong and she can cruise a little bit more. Then, they start to hit mostly mental challenges which should be helpful for her.

So Jan is the Amy of Survivor Thailand?

You may have something there…

Jan is Geritol Amy!

I can’t believe it, but I actually want Robb to stick around for a bit. I need to focus my hatred on someone, and he’s just so convenient. And I haven’t seen him use his skateboard yet. Or have I? I flip between Friends, Survivor, and Scrubs, so I may have missed it. But I think I would have heard if he had.

If they’re smart, Soup Guy won’t tank another challenge until the last one before the merge. They want to go in with a majority, but it should be 6-4, not 7-3. At 7-3 (if they win all the challenges) there’s the opportunity for outsiders Knobb and Stephanie to join up with the other tribe and make it a 5-5 split. (Not that they’d likely be smart enough to do that, but you never know.)

So they need to lose one of them, and that one needs to be Stephanie, since Knobb is far too obnoxious and stupid to make anything happen on his own, and most of the other tribe probably hate him already anyway. But they can’t take the chance on losing more than one if they can help it, so they need to try to win up until that last pre-merge one. (Assuming the merge goes as usual.)

As for Chewing Gum, I got the impression from the previews that the tribe is pretty much behind Ted. It looked like him and the rest were sitting together, with Ghandia off to the side. This is good, in my opinion, since I think Ghandia is a f***ing bitch. Hopefully, she goes tonight.

The acme brain trust has their week four prediction up. Don’t click if you don’t want to know. (Of course they have been wrong for the last two week. Not a very good record this season.)

On the Survivor weird news front:

As seen on www.tvguide.com

I heard about that when I was lurking over on Survivor Sucks.

I hope he’ll be OK.

I think Acme was wrong the first two times last season as well, weren’t they?

Ghandia is gondhia.

I couldn’t stand her.

Ghone.

Lib, I believe Acme was wrong only once last season, when they predicted somebody else instead of Paschal. They correctly chose John this season, but tonight was the first time they got it right since Ep. 1. Like I said last week, Burnett is being much more careful with letting spoiler material slip through the vid caps.

Looks like next week is the twist, only there’s a twist to the twist: Each member gets to decide for himself or herself whether to switch tribes. Basically, the people who think they’re on the outs will want to move over. Interesting.

The end, where they show next weeks preview:What was up with someone getting attacked in the ocean? Who was that? A jellyfish sting? too shallow for a shark. I think it was someone from Chew Guay.

She’s gone. I loved how she called Ted Fat Albert, just like someone or a few here do. Ted was rather nasty when he made his vote too. Ouch.

I just gotta say that this show has gotten so bad it’s not even worth commenting on anymore. If they don’t redeem themselves next week, and when I say ‘redeem’, I mean shit-slinging DRAMA, baybee!!!, I’m just gonna let the old dawg die.
