I think the wording was that they kept the fish THEY caught. Presumably the women’s fish got dumped.
They also had bait (other than worms) which they hadn’t had before. This was interesting–they don’t usually have IC’s that involve pure survival skills.
I thought about that too, but then I realized they probably have all kinds of power cables strung everywhere for the TV equipment. I’d assume it’s plugged into the same power supply as those.
I don’t see Joanna as very vital at all. She showed no leadership, alienated most of the camp, and for all her strength added very little to the challenges. Add the fact that she was openly alligned with the wrong person, and was a threat, to her high PITA factor and she was a very logical vote.
More evidence of what a clueless, santimonious pile she was :
I can’t believe how many people think that voting Hunter off was one of the worst moves ever. It seemed stupid at the time, but Vecepia was one of Hunter voters and ended up winning a million dollars. (Sean also went a lot farther than he would have without Hunter’s ouster as well) If something gets you farther in the game, it was probably a good move.
The worst pre-merge move I can recall happened last season when team moron threw a challenge to get rid of Jed. No one who voted for Jed made it to the final 5.
