Survivor 4/24

I was thinking that the whole time during the show. They could have insured that one of the girls was going home by doing that.

3 girls vote for Jason
2 girls vote for James
the 3 guys vote for someone else (Let’s say Parvati)

Jason plays the idol, he is safe, the person with the next highest votes, i.e. Parvati, is then out.

Has there been an intelligent male competitor yet on this season?

There was, but he got medivaced out…

Actually, there were two, but the other one got railroaded out because he was intelligent.

Ah! I totally forgot about Jonathan, probably because he didn’t get voted out, he was just gone. I really would have liked to see how far he could get. I think he would have been smart enough to try and upset the girls’ plans.

I think the latter comment (“but the other one got railroaded out because he was intelligent”) was directed at Yau-man.

Hmm, didn’t Cirie engineer Yau-man’s demise?

Jason thought he was allied with Natalie, and trusted her completely. I’m not sure James or Erik could have convinced him of anything.

Yea. I’m not disgusted at Jason for believing Natalie and failing to use his idol, I’m disgusted at him for being so incredibly EAGER to believe that Natalie had his best interests at heart when she sent him to Exile Island.

As someone once said, you can’t argue with stupid.

Yep. Cirie is playing a great game so far, so I can’t figure out why I hate her so much.
I would love nothing more than to see that cheshire cat grim voted out (or staked out as crab bait).

I think Cirie is not coming off as well this time because

A) she was acting like “The Survivor Godfather” when she was on the outside looking in at the main alliance (much like Natalie is doing now). I’ve only just come around to Cirie this week because her game has finally matched her mouth.

but

B) none of the other players have really got a taste of “Cirie the Mastermind.” It will take a lot of convincing to pull the game away from Parvati, Amanda or James (god willing).
