That’s an interesting theory, but it relies on Casaya voting for Terry. It might be Austin they target seeing him as a physical threat (assuming he gets food in him and gets going.)
Plus Casaya has been smart about sending only Terry to the island. It means they only have to worry about him having it, so if it’s 5-5 they just vote for Dan or Austin, and Terry can’t do anything about it, but lose the numbers game.

I think it would be easy to break up the Cassaya alliance after the merge. Those people all hate each other already.
I doubt they’re doing it for that reason. We’re talking about the tribe that voted off their strongest teammate, the guy who single handedly was responsible for them winning the RC when they could’ve voted off the guy who almost made them lsoe it. BFD if he drank the last bottle of wine. He actually deserved it.
I believe he can give it to someone else if he wants, IIRC.
I disagree with those who says Shane’s vote for Aras was a good move. It might be okay; Aras might not care. But I think it has a huge chance to blow up in Shane’s face.
Aras might get pissed at Shane for voting for him. Aras might get pissed at Shane for not voting for Bobby like he had agreed. Aras might get pissed because Shane voting against an alliance member. Aras might get pissed at Shane because he didn’t tell him what he was going to do. And Shane took this risk why? To stay on the good side of Bobby who he knew was being voted off. If the three women target Shane next week he’ll need Aras’ support and he may have thrown it away.
Not that the three women were much smarter. Once they decided to vote against Bobby instead of Bruce and wanted a fourth vote, who was the obvious choice? Bruce! He had to know he was the other person being considered for the chop. He had every motive to make a deal to have Bobby go instead. Sure, he had made that promise, but he could claim Bobby got him drunk and it didn’t count.
Sorry I’m late…had to catch up on Tivo. Just one inane comment: amazing discrepancy between Bobby’s fish-chopping abilities and Bruce’s. So was Bruce holding the cleaver upside-down? He would’ve had better luck using a piece of bamboo.

Can he? That wouldn’t make much sense since you don’t have to invoke use of the idol until after the votes are counted. If Terry could do this, he’d have a ridiculous amount of power.
I think you can only transfer the IC idol, and then only before the voting.
I agree. What would be awesome though is announcing he had it, show it to Casaya, and then secretly give it to Austin before the first post-merge TC.
We may see something like that. Terry will almost certainly win an IC or two after the merge, and if he has two immunity idols, he could really cement an alliance by giving the IC idol to someone.
Like several other people on his tribe, Bruce is showing signs of a really bizarre sense of values. We’re seeing it mostly in the solo interviews, but these people are living with the guy and probably know that he’s a little weird. Telling him about their plans would have been a bad idea because he could have reacted very badly to somebody trying to vote off a member of the Guys’ Alliance. Bear in mind that this was the first time a man got voted off this season…
There is no guy’s alliance in Casaya. The alliances there that we have seen have been a four way allaince with Aras, Courtney, Danielle, and Shane; a dual alliance with Bobby and Bruce; and an unofficial alliance between Cerie, Courtney, and Danielle.
