Sync music to android phone, any recommendations?

I want to manage my music library on my PC, and have updates automatically sync to my android phone.

Playlists are important to me, so arranging a playlist on the PC should be reflected on the phone as well.

It would be nice if the same app was on the PC and the phone but I haven’t sound one yet that runs on both.

Any recommendations?

I don’t know of any apps that will do that, but if you store your music in the cloud (such as with Google Play Music), you will essentially have the same thing.
