I’m about to eat for the first time in almost two days, due to illness. I’m craving chicken mcnuggets, and taco bell green sauce, although not at the same time. Which would you get? “Neither” is not an acceptable response. 
I’m doing this and you can’t talk me out of it!

I’m assuming said sickness involved some stomach issues, otherwise you probably wouldn’t have eaten. In that case, I’d say McNuggets, since they’re not spicy (or as spicy, depending on your choice of dipping sauce). Yeah, Taco Bell isn’t too spicy, but if that’s the first thing you introduce to your stomach in two days, it’s probably not going to be too happy with you.

Moving thread from the one that has good taste to the one that tastes good.
Sometimes, when my gut has been acting up, I can’t eat anything solid. During these times, Lime Slushies are my bestest friends ever.
However, if I have my choice of Taco Bell or Chicken McNuggets, I’ll probably pick the McNuggets. In these here parts, we can get REAL Mexican food! If I’m gonna get Mexican, I’ll either go to Fiesta, which has an assortment of favorites, or I’ll go to Antonio’s, which has a tortilla soup that can heal the sick and raise the dead.
McNuggets. It’s a real effort for me to force Taco Bell down anymore.
You can still get Taco Bell green sauce? I haven’t seen it for years!
