What is the best, tastiest, truest flavor of coffee syrups? I’m looking for a good orange flavor.
A few years ago Starbucks used to have a Valencia (orange) syrup that was lovely. The whisper of orange in a rich, bitter latte was nice. Of course, they discontinued it.
I’ve bought a couple of orange syrups since, but they haven’t measured up. Can’t remember the brand.
Most coffee shops I’ve been to feature DaVinci syrups. Could that be what you had?
I have a few of their syrups, but no Valencia.
I just looked on their website, and they have orange classic and Mandarin orange syrups; is it possible that it was DaVinci, and it was just the Starbucks calling it ‘Valencia’ or did you see it on the bottle?
I’ve been pleased with the syrups I’ve purchased from them.
I don’t remember if it was DaVinci, or if Starbucks had their own syrup or if they just called it Valencia. I really wasn’t paying attention, was I? But thanks for the info!!
