I currently have one tattoo. A blue dolphin on my right shoulderblade. It’s faded and really needs to be touched up. I got it on my eighteenth birthday.
I used to have my then fiancee’s initials on the small of my back in inch tall Old English style lettering. When we broke up I had it removed.

I have my four childrens names in a circle with a sun kind of integraded into it. Its all black. on my upper right arm, not quite the shoulder. I love it. my kids always go " oooh can I look for my name?"
One tat: A black 24601 on my lower back. It’s Jean val Jean’s prison number (from the musical Les Miserables).

I have two.
The first one is a hummingbird on my right hip. I got it in San Francisco when I was 21. Since I have a plenty of padding on my hip, it didn’t hurt at all. I couldn’t wait to get another.
The second one is a sun and moon design on my ankle. There is no padding on my ankle, and that one hurt like a bastard. 
There was a picture of it online at Hamadryad’s Dope Tats page, but I can’t find the link.
I’m working on my third. I want a butterfly on my lower back, but I want to lose some more weight before I get it done. I found a picture of a butterfly that was made up of flowers and leaves, and I’m going to try to copy that. It’s very detailed, and the tattoo will be quite large and colorful. Hopefully I’ll get it next summer.

Got one back in May… a Nordic Ouruborus (a dragon coiled in an infinity symbol). It’s got a red and blue design in the body, and the eyes are yellow- rest of it’s black. I had it put on my lower back, and it didn’t hurt a bit. I absolutely love it, though I don’t get to see it very often.
I’m saving up to have another one, probably similar to Angel on Buffy- the phoenix from the Book of Kells. I’ll put that one on my shoulder.

I got the two Dragons, one on each side of my spine facing opposite directions. They’re coiled around swords, the right one’s red, the other’s green. I still love 'em, even though lots of people told I’d ‘change’ someday and they wouldnt match who I am anymore. Maybe, but not for a long time.

I have one on the inside of my right ankle. It’s a frog, and as Wicky stated above, the ankle hurts like a bitch to get done!
I got this tattoo a couple weeks after my mother passed away, she collected frog stuff and this was my way of remembering her.
I will be getting my second (WOO!) over Thanksgiving Day weekend. It’s a series of three, actually, but the first one can stand alone. Alice will be first, on my left lower back. The rabbit will go on my right lower back and then I’ll get a trail of rabbit paw prints going between the two.
Tiger on the right arm, tiger on the left arm. I want a couple other different tats, but the wife wants a few more also, so I’ll wait until she does.
I have two. One is a Celtic Knot band on my left arm with my Clan badge (MacLeod of Harris FWIW), and a spiked Ankh on my right shoulder.
I’ve got my clan crest (Campbell of Argyll) superimposed on a dagger that goes from the base of my neck, down my spine to just below my shoulder blades.
Not a bloody-ick dripping dagger, just an enlargement of my kilt pin.
Got two. First one is a black & green Celtic knot on my left shoulder, second is a grapevine wrapping around my left ankle (that picture is actually on one of the L.A. Dopefest pages). I want more!

I have a rather large one on my back going up to my right shoulder… it is three hearts going from small to large, coming out from the sides of the hearts are angel’s wings, at the bottom of the wings I have eagle claws coming down and above and below the hearts I have my kids names. I have gotten lots of compliments about that one… My mistake tattoo… my ex’s name above my right breast… and a rose above my left breast. I want the vines around my arm, and I desperatly want the name removed… I was a kid when I got it… soon I hope… (note) do not put someone’s name on your body… ** big mistake**
