It seems like a good news source. As usual, I get better US news from international sources than US sources. But I don’t know much about this site. Does it have a good reputation?

Sure. Global has always been a trusted news source in Canada.
Global TV is one of Canada’s main TV networks, like NBC, ABC or CBS. It’s probably no better or worse than any of those.
Nothing wrong with Global AFAIK, but I prefer CBC News, the public broadcaster. US and world news is often found in the main headlines and in the “World” sections, and the “Analysis” commentary is usually well worth a read.
I’ve watched it - nothing particularly wrong with it in my opinion either. (Of course don’t trust any news source beyond reason, but one assumes that anyone asking this question already knows that.)
