Where do I get one? how much do they cost? are they legal? can I mount one in my car?
Last time I read about those they were illegal and churches were smuggling them into the coutry (!). Now I saw them mentioned in the boss-in-prison thread.
Even if they are illegal, I would be interested in the hypothetical of mounting one in the car.
Illegal to use in the EU and USA, as far as I know. Not sure if that implies the same in your location.

Assuming his location is as indicated, it does. Puerto Rico is a territory of the US and as such, falls under the jurisdiction of the FCC in this regard. The FCC has explicitly ruled that these jammers are illegal to possess and operate.
Hypothetically you could ask this on another Board.
