I’m writing a trivia quiz and one of the questions is about testicles in a general sort of way. I’m trying to come up with a funny/slang term for the organs. So far I have rocks, jewels, and nuts. Any other ideas out there?

Nope. “Prairie Oysters” refers to bull testicles (and maybe bison?), and by extension to human equipment. It’s also used (in “Cabaret”) for a concoction of raw egg with unbroken yolk, Worcestershire sauce, and other stuff, presumably for its resemblance to the above.
I;'ve never heard it used for female parts. (Unless this is a whoosh)
