Test for Unicode characters/odd symbols

Trying to get a generic “music note” to show in a post.

Can anyone tell me what’s go8ng on with this page on Unicode, or if I should care for this task?

How do I get vBull to go with this flow? Can its programmers – the elves who I believe somebody from here talks to [separate question, can ignore] do it only, or at all?

In MS Word, click on the following for instructions to insert characters:

Enter 1D100 in the Character code to get to music notation. (Gregorian chant is several lines below that on the character table).

All of those look muscal here, except for the first one, which looks like a sign for a SC liquor store.
