In keeping with the theme I would like to thank the Chinese community for fireworks. Let’s please have a moment of silence.

I think you meant to say it is the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party. Which it is.

But, hey, could easily have some Chinese community parties going on today too.

Man, we didn’t even get a holiday for that. And the stock market fell. Double whammy in my opinion.

China Girl is my wife. Please excuse her writing style because English isn’t her first language. She’s from the People’s Republic originally (born and raised in Tianjin, to be exact), hence the name “China Girl”. I think she will be a valuable contributor to the group, being a native of mainland China. She joined because when a poster says something about China, I’d ask her if that’s correct. Turns out when someone says “In China, they do this…”, they often really mean “In Hong Kong and/or Taiwan, they do this…”, but it’s different in the mainland.

The spyplane shouldn’t have been there at the first place and I thought “Peeking Rights” had U.S. Patent mark already. About “the restaura…” plan, if you do not like Chinese food, don’t eat it. Then there won’t be too many of them bother you no more.

I thought I chould have my own typing style.
