I just want to say, I love the way that typed text persists in a field if you navigate away from a page, and then return. That is SO convenient!! I haven’t seen it anywhere else, either. Thank you, whoever thought of that.
That is all.

That is a function of your browser, not the vB software that drives the boards.
Really? But it only does it here! >cue spooky music< For real, though. How odd.
Well, I’m sure you’ve done lots of other wonderful stuff. Carry on.
Firefox does this by default.
IE, not so much. Fucking bunch of assholes. Man that browser sucks.
I use IE and it does it so if I have to switch over to something, you know, work related I can it back and it saves what I’ve composed already, which is a lifesaver sometimes.
IE 7 seems to. I say “seems” because I only rarely use it; it’s the browser on our computers at work and I usually only cruise the SDMB on breaks and at lunchtime. I haven’t really had much opportunity to put it through its paces.
