On the other hand, I was sorry to see him go and annoyed by people crowing that his winning percentage has dipped to 98.67%. 
In case he’s not rich enough, there’s still the Tournament of Champions, I guess. But you’re right- win and people love you, win a lot and some of them hate you. Even if you never do anything to piss them off, which Ken didn’t. Go figure.
But its old news, our local broadcast news blurted it out over a month ago. They wer so careful not to give away the Olympic scores, then when it s something really important…hurmpf
The problem is that because people have absolutely NO idea what the spoiler is about, they look anyway, thereby defeating the purpose of the spoiler.
You could have even said it was a spoiler regarding a US game show and I would then have known that it was safe for me to look at.
If everyone had taken the view that it was a spoiler about something (undefined) they wouldn’t have looked at it and your thread would have died a quick death, therefore you are expecting some people to look at the spoiler without knowing its topic.
There have been rumors before. Sometimes they were wrong. See?
