Over here, SkipMagic explains (about as officially as anybody ever did, I think) why we don’t allow a lot of these kinds of gags. I wasn’t rebuking you, it’s just a very old joke. If it was new or all that funny, I’d have left it alone.

You’re not as confused as I am an idiot! Sorry… I wrote that post, apparently posted it and then hit back and went to take a nap. When I got up, woke up my computer, I saw it like an unposted post and thought, “way to go dumbass… didn’t hit post”, but… I did.
Sorry! I understand. It was stoopid, really stoopid, and I’m surprised I’ve not gotten it before because I get a LOT of crap emailed to me but I clicked and I smiled and I thought I was on to something new… Shoulda known better!

I wouldn’t buy a subscription at this time just to activate the search function.

Well, thanks! I’ve thought about memberin’ up but I’m not feeling “a part of” yet, know what I mean? I come from a board where I posted for 9 years with a lot of the same people and we knew each other, like you guys know each other, and it was comfortable and I knew the rules (there weren’t many), it was home. I haven’t figured out who the fucktards are yet, who I connect with, I’m not as invested in the people here, yet, like I was.
So, you might ask, why did I leave the other board… I got banned. Yep, it was really a big, HUGE misunderstanding but I did, in fact, commit a bannable offense coupled with an administrator who couldn’t stand me anyway, and so I needed to find a new home. I’m hoping this will be it but I probably need to post more and read more, not necessarily in that order. I’m not really worried about being banned… My tongue is in my cheek for the most part when I make those kind of remarks. What I’m trying to say is, I haven’t really got a good feel for this joint yet.
