You’ve probably seen it on TV. Cathy Mitchell’s Red Copper Pan features durable copper with a non-stick ceramic surface that will never scratch, making it the last pan you’ll ever need.
I have a hard time believing what those barkers pitch my way. Is anyone using it and is it really that durable? I’m not about to scramble eggs in it with a metal beater to test it, but I’d like to think there might be a better option to Teflon out there.
Any opinions?
