TBCF, Walker did not put the notion forth, he responded to a question that kind of dragged him into that territory. It is not like it was his idea (if he has any actual ideas), but the response shows him operating on auto-pilot, not giving any particular thought to what he is saying.
I agree. also showed imo that he is another who will double down rather than back off a bad idea. He didn’t specifically endorse it but insisted it was worth serious consideration. Apparently he wants to build some cred among the anti-Canadian part of the paranoid base

The really funny part is that he was saying this in response to Trump’s saying Perry was dropping out of the race. Perry was claiming he was staying in. So even if he’d said ‘twice’ instead of ‘once,’ he still bungled it.

He was being careful, if he said “twice”, people might think he could not remember that third time.
However, even if the clock keeps nearly perfect time, if it is set a minute behind, its wrong all day long! I think that’s a very important point, except I can’t remember why.
Rick Perry has no more paid staff in New Hampshire, and he hasn’t been there in a month. His superPAC will be beating a dead horse.

People in position to be sugar daddies only patronize those who can provide value in return.
