The 50 states of television

Found a list of movies & TV shows filmed in Utah.

I lived a block away (Linden St.) A classmate of Don’s (mentioned once while Barney perused a yearbook) lived around the corner – he was the carpenter who built our house.

Is Mr. G_____ still the principal? He was a student teacher when I was there.

Yes, he is. It’s a small world, isn’t it?

It surprises me how few shows are set in Jersey. I believe the show Ed was supposed to take place here. (Kind of literally. The opening sequences were shot in my town.)

And another recap. So far we’ve found plenty of shows filmed in Utah, but nothing that’s been set there. Nobody ever made a series about The Great Brain?

I found one (OK, I cheated and googled) - there was a show called Cover Me on the USA network from March 2000 to March 2001 that was set in Utah, at least partially. The family in the show moved to Utah in one of the show’s episodes. See episode #12 here .

There was a show set in Iowa called “Apple’s Way,” from '74-'75. It included a young Kristy McNichol.
