Ummmm… Howdy Y’all! First off, thanks for all the concern. I can’t even begin to tell y’all how much that means to me. It’s been a really strange past seven days for me. Without gettin’ into too much at least as of yet, I have been dealin’ with a personal crisis that came to a head Thursday of last week. I’ve spent the past week workin’ through it, and, though I still have a ways to go, I do feel much better now. A combination of therapy and some medication are goin’ a long way toward gettin’ me back on track.
I have read a bunch of this week’s MMP but have retained little so far. Thanks MOOOOOOM for makin’ contact with Fr. Jay, AKA YP. He told me you had sent him an email and also told me what he said in response. He was kind of hesitant to do so but he’s heard me talk about the Dope and knows I hang out here so he decided to respond. I told him I am grateful to him for doin’ so. Oh, and flytrap, interestin’ you found St. Stephen’s bein’ as it is no longer a church, well mission, cause that’s what it was. Still cool that you thought enough to make the attempt. It makes me feel good to know you all cared enough to attempt to find out.
I may not be real talkative over the next little while. Please understand that it may take a while for me to get back to my usual self. The support I have from y’all and the support I have from OYKW, YP, JDD and Partner, and many others includin’ family has been and will continue to be a huge source of support.
